We received Andrzej Wajda and his wife, Krystyna Zachwatowicz, along with the director of photography, Igor Luther, known for his work with Volker Schlöndorff (The Tin Drum, Coup de Grâce, The Circle of Deceit).
Danton is a costume drama set during the French Revolution, starring Gérard Depardieu and Wojciech Pszoniak, and recounts the last days of its hero, accused of treason and ultimately sent to the guillotine.
