Der Palast
The series tells a story of twin girls Chris and Marlene (starring Svenja Jung in a double role) who live on the opposite sides of the Berlin Wall and meet for the first time at the end of the 80s when the German Democratic Republic is preparing for the 40th anniversary celebration. The legendary Berlin theatre Friedrichstadt-Palast is the main stage of the festivity.
